Since we are going to be running here-there-and-everywhere for Christmas it seemed like a good idea to do our own Christmas on Friday morning here. In addition to many nice things to mention was a case of HDPE guns from F.P.Engbert Discount Guns (http://www.mortarsrus.com/). So that got me thinking, wonder what the other pyro wives put under the tree. May be a little early for most of you to respond, but..

1.85 ID,

As a side note I definitely wouldn't use this construction again, the side panels are to thin, using a 2x4 makes for a stronger frame. Also using 1x4's for the rails is a bad choice they tend to crack over time and need to be replaced. Using plywood is definitely a better choice. Let me know if you need advice in building racks, I've made quite a few of them over the years. The racks in this article (http://www.skylighter.com/fireworks/how-to/fuse-fireworks-mortar-racks.asp) are the basic design I’ve been using for the last year or so. They work quite well and hold up a lot better.
